It can take several days for the check to clear after we receive it.

- FREE SHIPPING FOR USA deliveries including APO and FPO addresses. For deliveries outside US please purchase the "International Shipping Option" for USD$10 per pedal.
- Please allow 2-3 weeks for build and delivery of your pedal within the United States. If the pedal is in stock we will ship within 2 business days of receiving payment and you are lucky, but since we are a custom pedal builder we do not keep many unsold finished pedals in stock.
- If we cannot fill the order in a reasonable time for parts availability, discontinued product or any other reason we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your payment.

All international customers are responsible for paying the Customs duty, if any, to their nation's government. We will attach a customs declaration to the package and declare the package for its actual commercial value. We cannot be responsible for merchandise that may be held or delayed by Customs or if your country charges you a VAT tax or attaches a "handling charge".
- Prices are subject to change, and the price listed in the shopping cart will be the actual selling price at the time your order is accepted. If you see a price mismatch between the web page and the shopping cart please let us know so we can correct the web page.
- It can take one to two weeks to build your pedal depending on how many customers are queued up for a build, build time also varies according to the finish used on the case or what kind of case you want. Painted finishes take several days to cure. Translucent Polycarbonate (Lexan) cases are pre-finished and do make your build happen more quickly. If you are in a big rush like you just found out you are performing at the Grammy awards or have a recording session next week and need that pedal right away, let us know.
Cases: We offer both traditional aluminum cases, and also high-tech see-through Polycarbonate cases that are made by Hammond.
Polycarbonate:
Polycarbonate is a translucent, strong, highly impact resistant lightweight material that is used to make "bulletproof glass" as well as the canopy of the F-22 Raptor fighter jet. It is less than half the weight of aluminum which is a plus when you are carrying pedals to a gig. One should not confuse polycarbonate with cheap plastic. We are currently offering blue or dark red cases in polycarbonate. Please specify a first and second color choice
Aluminum:
We also offer the traditional aluminum case. The main advantage of aluminum is that it can take a variety of paint finishes. In addition to solid white and solid red paint we also offer custom finishes as an option. It is heavier than polycarbonate, and stiffer.
Custom Finish
Our newest custom finish Vintage Hammertone is available in aluminum cases only. This gorgeous, rich looking finish is the perfect vintage vibe to your The Fillmore pedal

Warranty: We design and build premium quality effects and we stand behind our product. We test every pedal before it ships to you and build them to last. In the unlikely event your The Fillmore fails under normal use, we warrant your pedal against defects in materials and workmanship for TWO YEARS from date of purchase.
Normal wear and tear not covered. Warranty does not cover batteries or damage caused by battery leakage. Any modifications, customization attempted repairs by anyone other than The Fillmore Pedal Company shall void this warranty.
For warranty claims or out-of-warranty repairs to your The Fillmore Pedal Company product please send an email to
wnorcott@fillmorepedal.com for instructions on how to ship the pedal. Our repair prices are reasonable for out-of-warranty units.
